How do I make a reservation? Simply call us at 603-560-1984 (Boston / New Hampshire) or 480-277-0705 (Phoenix, Arizona), or email us. There is a convenient contact form on our website. Any e-mail address you give us will NOT be shared and will only be used by Rockingham Limo & Airport Service to notify you of events and specials.
Do you provide 24-hour service? We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
Are there any hidden costs/extra fees that will surprise us? No, we understand how frustrating it is to incur unknown costs. We tell you exactly what your transfer will cost with no hidden fees. As you discuss your trip with us, we will advise you of any toll charges or parking charges (if needed). To be clear, for pick-ups between 12am-5am and severe weather/snow emergencies there is a $20 surcharge. We promise to do our best to be flexible and accommodate your needs.
What kind of service should I expect? Our chauffeurs are professional and considerate. We know that traveling can be stressful with so many details to remember. We do our best to accommodate and help you relax. We have been known to go out of our way to help customers out of a pickle—even delivering forgotten passports or keys!
What is your cancellation policy? We try our best to give complete refunds. If a car has already been sent out, however, full payment is expected. Thus it is very important that you call us as soon as you know that you need to make changes for your transport!
What type of vehicles do you use? We use luxury Cadillac sedans and luxury SUV’s, as well as Lincoln stretch limousines. Upon request, we can also provide party buses.
How will we recognize our chauffeur at the airport? If you are a new customer and unfamiliar with our drivers, we will be sure to clearly display your name on a clipboard at the pick up area. Feel free to call 603-560-1984 or 617-733-4483 if you are having a hard time locating your driver—those large airports can be daunting at times! (Note: refer to our “Services/Rates” page for specific terminal pick up information)
Do you track flights? Yes, using the flight information that you provide, each of our chauffeurs will check your flight status. Be sure to provide both outgoing AND returning flight information when you confirm your reservation!
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash. Copies of all received payments will be e-mailed to you.
Do airport service and hourly rates include the tip? No, these rates do NOT include the tip. We recommend a 20% tip for our drivers.
How long in advance do I need to make a reservation? It is always better to make a reservation as soon as you know your travel dates. We recommend that you make your reservation in advance, but we understand that this is not always possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you on short notice.
Do you provide service to all major New England airports? Yes, we can take you to wherever you need to go!
Do you accept corporate accounts? Yes, we certainly welcome corporate accounts and can process your corporate charge card.
May we smoke in the limousine? For the comfort of all of our passengers we do not allow smoking in the limousine.
